Yoga: Sun Salutation A

Yoga has become such a big part of my fitness routine lately, and I’m so so happy about that! I have noticed both a physical and mental shift within myself all of which has been positive! If you’re looking for a change in your routine I definitely recommend practising yoga.  It provides restorative, strength, and flexibility aspects during practise. Awesome for those of you having to do rehab or physio, perfect for athletes, and dancers alike! It’s something you can do from the comforts of your own home, or share with others at a local studio.  This video demonstrates a great sequence to get you started! Look for beginners yoga classes in your town and just try it out.  You’ll be happy you did!
